Epiphany is the perfect solution for elderly or disabled clients struggling to facilitate a move on their own. We can assist with the moving process while remaining sensitive to the daunting task this presents for vulnerable clients. We can co-ordinate the entire move process inclusive of registering clients with a new GP and facilitating any equipment or adaptations required to maximise health and safety in your new home.
